Commercial Real Estate Solicitor

About the role

The firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join its well‑established London team. You will manage a varied portfolio of commercial property matters, providing both transactional and advisory advice to a broad client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of commercial real estate matters from inception to completion.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals and investment transactions.
• Handle landlord and tenant work, including lease negotiations, renewals and assignments.
• Provide counsel on development and redevelopment projects.
• Draft and negotiate commercial property documentation.
• Deliver practical, commercially‑driven advice to clients.
• Build strong client relationships and support business development activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 6–7 years PQE.
• Strong commercial property experience within a reputable property team.
• Ability to manage own caseload and handle transactions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills backed by solid technical knowledge.
• Commercially aware with a client‑focused approach.
• Team player eager to contribute to the department’s success.
