About the role

Key responsibilities

• Support a key housing association client with day‑to‑day commercial real estate advice.
• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential properties.
• Assist with mixed‑use and residential development projects.
• Handle commercial landlord and tenant matters, including lease drafting and asset‑management work.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Real Estate practice on complex transactions.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified solicitor, NQ to 3 years PQE.
• Experience in a recognised commercial real estate team at a City, regional or national firm.
• Background in mixed‑use residential development and commercial lettings.
• Experience advising housing association or social‑housing clients is advantageous.
