Commercial Recruiter – 360 Desk

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commercial Recruiter to join our busy 360 desk within the commercial division. You will work closely with clients and candidates, helping to match the right talent with commercial opportunities while supporting our admin team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and drivers.
• Source, screen and register candidates for commercial roles.
• Manage bookings and ensure driver availability.
• Conduct compliance checks and keep accurate records.
• Develop new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably with an admin desk.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
• Target‑driven attitude with a positive outlook.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
