Commercial Solicitor (4-6 years PQE) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Commercial Solicitor with 4‑8 years post‑qualification experience to join a forward‑thinking, AI‑driven law firm. The role is fully remote, supporting high‑value SaaS and technology clients with commercial contracts, data protection and privacy matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements for tech‑focused clients.
• Provide advice on data protection, privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the firm’s AI platform and technology partners to deliver efficient legal services.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 4‑8 years PQE in commercial law.
• Experience advising SaaS, technology or similar high‑growth sectors.
• Client‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
