Communications Business Partner – Hybrid Role

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Communications Business Partner to join our Colleague Communications & Experience team. Working across People & Places and Group HR, you will translate complex transformation priorities into clear, human‑focused messaging that enhances the colleague experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day communications partner for senior leaders, providing advice, challenge and delivery support.
• Develop and deliver communication plans aligned to transformation, colleague experience and functional priorities.
• Draft and shape content for internal and external channels, ensuring a consistent, human tone of voice.
• Support leaders in communicating change authentically, including strategic resets and high‑impact programmes.
• Leverage listening, feedback and data to inform communications and improve impact.
• Produce concise summaries and insights for leadership updates and forums.
• Plan and execute high‑impact moments such as all‑colleague calls, leadership events and cross‑Group campaigns.
• Use AI tools responsibly to aid drafting, planning and delivery.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in communications, employee engagement or related fields.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about business priorities and responsiveness to leader and colleague needs.
• Confidence in turning complex change into clear, accessible stories.
