Community Lead – E-commerce Merchant Community

About the role

Judge.me is looking for a Community Lead to shape and grow a high‑engagement community of e‑commerce merchants. Based in London, you will turn a fast‑growing group of 500+ members into a self‑sustaining accelerator that connects, educates and inspires merchants worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and host live community events such as webinars, AMAs and in‑person meet‑ups to drive engagement and brand advocacy.
• Create community‑native content including discussion prompts, newsletters and event copy, acting as the primary voice for merchants.
• Identify, recruit and champion e‑commerce operators and influencers to build a network of contributors who lead and inspire the broader membership.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align community initiatives with overall business goals.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience building and scaling online communities from early‑stage growth to global scale.
• Comfortable and confident in live hosting, able to moderate panels or run webinars for professional audiences.
• Deep understanding of the e‑commerce landscape, preferably having run a DTC store or managed a personal‑brand audience.
