Compliance Executive – Compliance Monitoring

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Compliance Executive to join its Compliance Monitoring team in Henley-on-Thames. You will help provide independent assurance that the firm meets its regulatory obligations and internal standards across a range of areas including financial crime, AML, anti-bribery, sanctions and data privacy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with continuous and thematic monitoring reviews, including planning, fieldwork, reporting and action tracking across UK, London, overseas offices and third-party sites.
• Represent Compliance Monitoring in project work streams and change-management initiatives.
• Liaise with Compliance Advisory teams on emerging regulatory themes and incorporate findings into business advice.
• Build and maintain relationships with key business partners throughout the monitoring process.
• Drive continuous improvement by proactively challenging work output and processes.

Required profile

• Experience in compliance monitoring, audit, risk or a related control function, preferably within asset management or financial services.
• Good understanding of European regulatory frameworks and exposure to regulators such as FCA, CBI, CSSF or BaFin.
• Knowledge of the asset-management regulatory landscape.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
• Relevant degree (e.g., Business, Finance, Law).

Required skills

• Data analytics (experience considered a plus).
