Compliance Officer – ISO, SOC2 & GDPR (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Compliance Officer to lead ISO, SOC2 and GDPR programmes for a leading international managed services provider. The role is fully remote with a monthly visit to our Milton Keynes office and offers real ownership of governance, risk and business continuity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 22301 certifications.
• Lead GDPR and data‑protection compliance activities.
• Oversee SOC 2 Type II controls and related reporting.
• Coordinate business continuity and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Support customer audits, due‑diligence requests and regulatory enquiries.
• Contribute to health & safety, supplier compliance and emerging regulations such as NIS2 and DORA.

Required profile

• 5+ years of compliance and governance experience.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, GDPR, SOC 2, NIS2 and DORA.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑managed approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
