About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join a highly regarded secondary school in South London. The role starts in September on a full‑time, permanent basis and involves teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, including A‑Level Computer Science.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons for KS3‑KS5.
- Cover topics such as programming, computational thinking, data representation, algorithms and computer systems.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development.
- Support students’ academic and personal development within a respectful learning environment.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 5 Computer Science (A‑Level).
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Ability to reside in or commute to South London.
