Concession Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Concession Manager to lead the daily operations of a high‑profile ear‑piercing concession within a leading department store. You will ensure seamless trading, maintain the highest standards of service and safety, and drive sales of jewellery and after‑care products.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of concession performance, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain piercing standards, health and safety compliance, and store visual merchandising.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to maximise sales opportunities.
• Manage staff rotas, recruitment, training and performance management.
• Prepare for the launch and ongoing management of additional satellite concessions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail or the beauty industry, preferably within ear‑piercing or jewellery sales.
• Strong customer‑service focus with the ability to educate and style customers.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to health and safety best practices and regulatory compliance.
