Concrete Flooring Installer – On‑site (Bilston)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Concrete Flooring Installer to join our on‑site team in Bilston. This full‑time position involves delivering high‑quality concrete flooring solutions across industrial, residential and agricultural projects throughout the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Install concrete flooring systems according to project specifications.
• Carry out floor design, remedial work and saw‑cutting tasks.
• Assist with formwork and shuttering preparation and removal.
• Apply a range of finishes including full polish, brushed, comb/groove and float.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety and quality standards on site.
• Collaborate closely with the on‑site team to ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in concrete flooring installation or a related construction role.
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks and travel to various UK sites.
• Reliable transportation to the Bilston base is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
