Construction Contracts Manager

About the role

The Construction Contracts Manager will lead a team delivering external works and cladding remediation projects across London and the Home Counties. This full‑time, permanent role is based in South East London and requires strong commercial awareness and a commitment to health & safety excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Line‑manage operational direct reports, ensuring high competency, training and engagement with the supply chain.
• Oversee external works and cladding remediation projects from inception through delivery.
• Manage Pre‑Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) stages and processes.
• Maintain rigorous health & safety standards and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• BSc in Construction Management or equivalent qualification.
• NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent).
• IOSH and SMSTS certifications.
• Proven experience managing external works and cladding remediation projects.
• Strong understanding of industry‑standard construction contracts.
• Excellent commercial awareness and leadership skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Knowledge of health & safety standards and implementation.
