Consultant – Life Sciences

About the role

We are looking for an experienced life‑sciences consultant to join our fast‑growing Solici team in London. You will lead client projects, drive business development and mentor consulting colleagues while helping clients bring innovative therapies to market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver client projects on time, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and value creation.
• Develop strategic solutions across therapeutic areas, designing and facilitating workshops.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand project scope.
• Support acquisition of new business through lead generation, proposal development and pitching.
• Manage, coach and develop consulting team members, fostering innovation and diverse thinking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in life‑sciences consulting or related strategic advisory roles.
• Strong track record of leading complex projects and delivering strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a purpose‑driven, high‑performance environment.
