Consultant Solicitor – Senior Legal Advisor

About the role

Richard Nelson LLP is seeking experienced senior solicitors to join its national consultancy model as self‑employed consultants. The role offers full flexibility to work remotely or from the office while building your own client base within a supportive, compliance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of legal matters from intake to resolution.
• Provide high‑quality legal advice and representation to professional and corporate clients.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory obligations, insurance, and firm policies.
• Develop and nurture client relationships to achieve billing targets.
• Collaborate with the firm’s administrative, compliance, and accounts teams.

Required profile

• Senior solicitor with extensive post‑qualification experience.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently and meet revenue goals.
• Strong client following, with a minimum billing history of £100,000 per annum.
• Desire to focus on fee earning and client service without traditional partnership constraints.
