About the role
Join Atos' Life and Pensions Centre of Excellence in Edinburgh as a Contact Center Service Supporter. You will be the first point of contact for inbound calls, providing product and service information, answering queries and resolving issues for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound telephone enquiries across the full product range, documenting resolutions accurately.
- Maintain end‑to‑end ownership of tasks, ensuring compliance with product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
- Build and retain relationships with advisors and internal business areas.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing procedures and supporting team development.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a customer service role; financial services experience is a plus.
- Highly motivated with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage a fast‑paced telephony environment and handle a variety of call types.
