About the role
We are looking for a confident and customer‑focused Call Center Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a natural British accent, with prior experience living, studying, or working in London or elsewhere in England for a significant period.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Assign and distribute leads to the appropriate team members.
- Ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
Required profile
- Confident and customer‑focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural British accent.
- Prior experience living, studying, or working in England for a significant period.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
