Contact Lens Category Manager

About the role

Specsavers is seeking a Category Manager to lead the Contact Lens category across the UK and ROI. You will shape strategy, develop customer offers and drive growth for a market‑leading business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the category strategy for contact lenses.
• Develop and manage customer offers to increase market share.
• Own key trading activities, combining strategic thinking with commercial insight.
• Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, operations and supplier teams.
• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and influence decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in category or product management.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to build stakeholder relationships.
• Comfortable analysing data and spotting opportunities.
• Collaborative, organised and curious with a results‑driven mindset.
