About the role

Key responsibilities

• Carry out contact lens fitting and after‑care in line with professional guidelines.
• Respond to general enquiries and advise customers on lens options and spectacle dispensing, including current promotions.
• Provide clear instructions for lens insertion and removal where required.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise waiting times.
• Promote sales, profit and customer loyalty while maintaining the highest professional standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Contact Lens Optician with a valid GOC number.
• Previous experience working in an optician setting.
• Team‑focused attitude and a passion for staying up‑to‑date with industry developments.
