Content & Community Manager – PerfectDraft UK

About the role

As the lead for Content & Community at PerfectDraft UK, you will design and execute a full‑stack strategy that boosts Net Promoter Scores, drives repeat purchases and deepens brand affinity. The role covers social media ownership, community outreach, content creation and close collaboration with internal teams to enhance the overall user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage PerfectDraft’s social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and develop campaigns to increase engagement.
• Respond to customer queries, comments and concerns, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
• Create diverse content such as brewery stories, product launches, blogs, live tastings, competitions and promotions.
• Partner with the central SEO team to align blog and content strategy with SEO goals.
• Develop and execute a local Content & Community roadmap, feeding insights into the global strategy.
• Gather and act on customer insights from social and external communities to improve the user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management and community engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of e‑commerce, especially within the beverage sector, is a plus.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of executing plans effectively.
