Content Manager – Luxury B2C Brand (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Content Manager to join the marketing team of a growing luxury B2C brand based in Cheltenham. The role will lead the content strategy, boost brand visibility, improve organic performance and generate customer enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit website, editorial and customer‑focused content that reflects the brand’s premium positioning.
• Review and optimise existing content for performance, accuracy and SEO.
• Support content uploads, updates and continuous website improvements.
• Identify SEO opportunities through keyword research and content planning.
• Leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance content creation efficiency.
• Monitor content performance, analyse results and report findings.
• Collaborate with wider marketing activities including email, social media and brand communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting or editorial roles.
• Excellent writing, grammar and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimisation.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush or similar.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms.
• Interest in premium or luxury consumer brands.
• Knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
