CRM Executive (Hybrid, Cheltenham)

About the role

The Growth Foundation is recruiting, on behalf of an established global brand, a CRM Executive for a hybrid role based in Cheltenham. The position builds creative, data-led CRM campaigns and customer journeys, using Bloomreach to test ideas and grow customer loyalty. It is a hands-on role combining creativity, customer insight and data, working across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver email campaigns and newsletters across multiple markets and languages using Bloomreach.
• Create and improve automated journeys, from welcome and abandoned basket to post-purchase and win-back.
• Check links, personalisation and tracking so every campaign looks great and works properly before launch.
• Work with design, ecommerce and trading teams to bring the CRM calendar to life.
• Build audience segments and help deliver more relevant customer communications.
• Support database growth through online and in-store activity.
• Report on campaign performance and revenue, using A/B testing to learn what works.
• Keep customer data, consent and email deliverability in good shape.

Required profile

• Experience in CRM or email marketing, ideally in fashion, retail or ecommerce, enjoying both creative delivery and analytical thinking.
• A sharp eye for detail and the organisation to manage multiple campaigns.
• Confidence working with data and turning findings into practical improvements.
• An inquisitive approach and an appetite to keep testing and learning.

Required skills

• Ideal: hands-on experience with Bloomreach Engagement.
• Ideal: experience building email campaigns and automated customer journeys.
• Ideal: familiarity with dynamic content using Jinja or similar, plus basic HTML.
