Content Marketing Trainee – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Investment 20/20)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Trainee to join the EMEA Marketing team at Invesco on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract as part of the Investment 20/20 Programme. The role will support the creation and optimisation of multi‑channel content that drives engagement and aligns with business objectives across EMEA and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing content marketing strategies and producing articles, videos, social media posts and email campaigns.
• Maintain content calendars, trackers and reporting dashboards.
• Provide compliance support and conduct competitor content analysis.
• Develop and share content best‑practice documentation.
• Use content analytics to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance idea generation, content creation and distribution.
• Follow established processes, templates, style guides and training materials.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong interest in content marketing and the financial services sector.
