Content Producer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Content Producer to create short‑form video assets that drive organic reach and paid performance for our luxury natural‑fibre activewear brand. Working directly with the founder, you will take ideas from concept to published post within days, shaping the visual voice of the brand across TikTok, Instagram Reels and Meta advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, edit and publish short‑form videos on a rapid turnaround schedule.
• Operate camera, lighting and sound equipment to produce talking‑head, product, tabletop and lifestyle footage.
• Appear on‑camera when the concept requires a natural, unself‑conscious host.
• Source and direct UGC creators or freelancers when specialised talent, locations or props are needed.
• Deliver high‑quality edits with strong pacing, sound design, typography and colour grading.
• Develop creative hooks and formats tailored to TikTok, Reels and Meta ad placements.
• Identify when external expertise (motion graphics, VFX, 3D, illustration) is required and manage those freelancers.

Required profile

• 2+ years of end‑to‑end brand content production, preferably in DTC or e‑commerce.
• Portfolio of 2–3 self‑produced pieces that demonstrate concept, shooting and editing.
• Clear aesthetic judgement and ability to explain why content works.
• Resourceful mindset – able to find the right people, places or footage when in‑house resources are limited.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera without feeling stiff.
