Continuous Improvement Engineer – Lean Six Sigma

About the role

We are partnering with a global engineering and manufacturing business to find a Continuous Improvement Engineer for its UK site in Bristol. This hands‑on position will embed Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive measurable gains in productivity, quality and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Lean Six Sigma training and mentor teams at all levels.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and boost operational performance.
• Define and maintain process standards and best practices.
• Facilitate structured problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis sessions.
• Track KPIs and report on improvement outcomes.
• Engage with global CI forums and initiatives.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Experience in fast‑paced, complex environments.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with strong analytical capability.
• Solid IT proficiency, especially with MS Office.
