Contract Manager – ICT Supplier Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of ICT suppliers and contracts within a major transformation programme. The role will ensure value for money, quality service delivery and compliance with KPIs, SLAs and contractual commitments while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for both business‑as‑usual and project‑based ICT services, including changes, compliance and service requirements.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships, aligning partnership strategies with transformation goals.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs and commercial performance to maximise value and strategic benefits.
• Resolve service issues, evaluate alternatives and act as an escalation point when required.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, ensuring contractual and organisational compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing performance data, market opportunities and evolving business needs.
• Engage senior stakeholders, translating technical information into business‑focused language.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract, supplier and commercial management within ICT environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, compliance and performance against contractual commitments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexible working hours.
