Contracts Advisor

About the role

Change Grow Live is seeking a Contracts Advisor to join its Legal Services function. In this national, hybrid position you will support the full lifecycle of contractual agreements, helping to shape partnership frameworks, reduce organisational risk and enable services to thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on contractual matters to colleagues across services and central teams.
• Review contracts and sub‑contracts, analyse risks and recommend actions.
• Lead drafting, coordination and execution of subcontractor agreements.
• Support development of SLAs, NDAs, pharmacy agreements and related documentation.
• Maintain oversight of contractual arrangements through tracking and reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with directors and stakeholders to ensure contracts are fit for purpose and operationally effective.
• Ensure subcontracting arrangements meet compliance and governance standards.

Required profile

• Experience in contractual analysis, drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to give clear, practical advice to a range of stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and operational teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, solutions‑focused approach.
