Contracts Manager – Air Conditioning (HVAC)

About the role

Artic Building Services Ltd, a recognised leader in M&E and Facilities Management, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a focus on air‑conditioning to join its Service & Maintenance team in London. The role involves managing a portfolio of contracts valued between £800k and £1 million, with full operational and financial responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure contracts are delivered to the required operational and technical standards, maintaining health & safety compliance on site.
• Manage and report on budgets, expenditures and P&L for multiple contracts.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to secure retention and future opportunities.
• Provide detailed quotes and cost breakdowns for contract plant/services, using CAFM tools.
• Conduct quality‑assurance inspections and self‑audit CAFM reports on a weekly basis.

Required profile

• Proven experience estimating HVAC work and managing account P&L for large contracts.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills, with the ability to lead a positive team environment.
• Commercially astute, results‑driven self‑starter capable of meeting performance targets.
