Contracts Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead commercial fencing and perimeter security projects across London and the South East. You will manage projects from planning through to completion, balancing office and site work while supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial fencing and perimeter security projects.
• Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and project programmes.
• Produce RAMS and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Meet clients, conduct regular site visits and maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor project progress, quality and commercial performance.

Required profile

• Previous contracts management experience in fencing, groundworks, landscaping or a similar subcontracting environment.
• Organised, commercially aware and confident reading construction drawings.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
