Contracts Manager – Nordic Travel Market

About the role

Antella Travel Recruitment is partnering with a leading global travel organisation to hire a Contracts Manager focused on the Nordic market. You will be responsible for negotiating and managing commercial agreements with hotels, transport providers and ground service suppliers across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate commercial agreements with hotels, transport providers and ground service suppliers throughout the Nordic region.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key travel partners.
• Source new suppliers and destinations to broaden the product offering.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and commercial opportunities.
• Ensure contracts are commercially competitive and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Travel within the Nordic region to visit suppliers and attend industry events as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the travel industry, specifically in contracts, hotel, ground services or sales roles covering the Nordic market.
• Strong knowledge of Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple supplier relationships.
