Contracts Manager – Oxford

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead multiple construction projects across Oxfordshire. You will own the full project lifecycle, from early pre‑construction and mobilisation through to on‑site delivery, ensuring safety, quality and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee several projects simultaneously, from pre‑construction to completion.
• Support PCSA, tender and pre‑construction stages with buildability, programme and delivery input.
• Manage Project Managers, Site Managers and wider site teams.
• Monitor cost, risk, variations and procurement in close collaboration with commercial teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and supply‑chain partners.

Required profile

• Proven background in main‑contracting on projects valued between £15m‑£30m.
• Experience managing site teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
