About the role

We are seeking a permanent Conveyancing Executive to join our Ilford‑based client. You will manage a portfolio of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
  • Draft, review and negotiate sale contracts.
  • Conduct title investigations and checks.
  • Liaise and negotiate with lenders and other third parties.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
  • Handle completion and post‑completion formalities.
  • Provide high‑level client service and advice on legal aspects of property transactions.

Required profile

  • Previous conveyancing experience, preferably with new‑build properties.
  • Strong time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
