About the role
We are seeking a permanent Conveyancing Executive to join our Ilford‑based client. You will manage a portfolio of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
- Draft, review and negotiate sale contracts.
- Conduct title investigations and checks.
- Liaise and negotiate with lenders and other third parties.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
- Handle completion and post‑completion formalities.
- Provide high‑level client service and advice on legal aspects of property transactions.
Required profile
- Previous conveyancing experience, preferably with new‑build properties.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently.
