Conveyancing Fee Earner / Paralegal – Dunmow

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner or Paralegal to join a well‑established firm in Dunmow. The position offers job security, clear progression and the chance to work on a variety of property transactions from start to post‑completion.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all types of conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions.
• Process re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy applications.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
• Manage post‑completion tasks and ensure accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in conveyancing, either as a Fee Earner or Paralegal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, client‑focused service.

Required skills

• Knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing processes.
• Familiarity with re‑mortgage and equity transfer procedures.
• Understanding of Land Registry filing requirements.
