About the role

Join an established, agile firm in Chelmsford offering flexible working for an experienced conveyancing fee earner or paralegal. You will manage a full range of conveyancing matters from start to post‑completion, delivering high‑quality, personal service.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle registered and unregistered freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions.
  • Process re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy purchases.
  • Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
  • Coordinate with clients, solicitors and other parties to ensure smooth completion.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in conveyancing as a fee earner or paralegal.
  • Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
