About the role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Rayleigh office. The position offers flexible hybrid working and a performance‑linked bonus, providing a supportive environment for career progression.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all stages of residential conveyancing from initial instruction to post‑completion.
- Handle registered and unregistered freehold, leasehold, new‑build and shared‑ownership transactions.
- Process re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy arrangements.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
- Coordinate with solicitors, lenders and clients to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a conveyancing paralegal in a residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
