Conveyancing Paralegal – Residential Property Team

About the role

G2 Legal Limited, a Legal 500‑recognised firm, is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy residential property team in Hale, Cheshire. You will support fee‑earners across a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions, ensuring high‑quality client care from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing residential conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Prepare legal documents, contracts, completion statements and correspondence.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
• Order and review property searches, Land Registry documents and title information.
• Maintain accurate files in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Support fee‑earners throughout each stage of the conveyancing process, ensuring timely progress to exchange and completion.
• Use the firm’s case‑management system to record and track matters.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a residential conveyancing department.
• Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage a busy workload.
• Professional client‑care approach.
