Conveyancing Sales & Onboarding Executive – 3‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

This is a full‑time, office‑based position in Central London with a 3‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting a fast‑growing AI‑led conveyancing law firm. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, turning enquiries into confirmed instructions and helping new customers onboard onto the firm’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to discuss conveyancing needs.
• Prepare and present accurate conveyancing quotes.
• Follow up leads, nurture relationships and convert interest into signed instructions.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Confident communicator with a natural persuasive ability.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple client enquiries simultaneously.
• Professional, warm, driven and resilient.
• Genuine interest in AI and the future of legal services.
• Experience in conveyancing, legal services, sales, customer service, hospitality or property is advantageous.
