Conveyancing Solicitor – Hybrid London Role

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Conveyancing Solicitor to join our London team on a hybrid basis. You will work at the forefront of the sector, using AI‑driven tools to streamline residential property transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Handle a variety of transactions including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new builds.
• Utilise innovative AI‑powered systems to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Provide high‑quality, client‑focused service throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of a range of property transactions.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to adopt new systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a client‑focused approach.
