Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property Law

About the role

FindCore is assisting an established legal practice in Lytham St. Annes to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor on a permanent, full‑time basis with optional hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Draft and review contracts, transfer documents and other conveyancing documentation.
• Deal with Stamp Duty Land Tax, post‑completion matters and property registrations.
• Provide clear and professional advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate case files and manage deadlines effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum of two years’ post‑qualification experience as a Conveyancing Solicitor or qualified Level 6 Licensed Conveyancer.
• Strong residential conveyancing experience across both freehold and leasehold matters.
• Ability to manage your own caseload independently with excellent client communication.
• Attention to detail, organisational and time‑management skills.
