Conveyancing Solicitor – Residential Property Lawyer

About the role

A highly regarded Legal 500 firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer or Licensed Conveyancer with 3‑7 years post‑qualification experience to join its growing property team in Winchester.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold transactions, shared ownership and Help to Buy.
• Handle remortgages, transfers of equity, Right to Buy, probate sales and investment property transactions.
• Oversee each matter from instruction through to completion, ensuring compliance with CQS requirements and SDLT legislation.

Required profile

• 3–7 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage own caseload from instruction to completion.
• Strong knowledge of CQS requirements, SDLT and current property legislation.
• Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills.
