About the role

Join a leading insurance broking firm in Chichester as a Corporate Account Handler. You will manage an established portfolio of mid‑corporate clients, delivering proactive service throughout the insurance lifecycle and building long‑term relationships with both clients and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of commercial and mid‑corporate clients.
• Handle renewals, mid‑term adjustments and day‑to‑day client servicing.
• Negotiate competitive renewal terms with insurers.
• Prepare renewal reports, documentation and policy schedules.
• Process policy documentation accurately.
• Support Account Executives with portfolio management and client retention.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records.
• Assist with insurer queries, credit control matters and policy amendments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to sustain high client retention.

Required profile

• Experienced Commercial Account Handler or candidate with a broader insurance background seeking to develop commercial insurance expertise.
• Proven experience managing renewals, mid‑term adjustments and day‑to‑day client servicing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
