Corporate and Government Solution Delivery Intern

About the role

Moody's is looking for an intern for its Corporate and Government Solution Delivery team in Manchester, United Kingdom. This is a 4-5 month, full-time internship starting in February 2027, with a graduation date between July 2027 and July 2028. The team implements customized workflow tool solutions for clients, supporting automation, AI enablement and digital transformation. Applications are accepted from 24 October to 7 November.

Key responsibilities

• Support automation and AI initiatives to optimize processes and drive digital transformation across the team
• Identify process improvement opportunities using automation and AI technologies
• Assist in evaluating, integrating and supporting AI-enabled solutions for business operations
• Create and maintain training materials, documentation and guides to support technology adoption
• Develop and maintain scripts for process automation, ensuring reliability and efficiency
• Support software migration and implementation projects, including documentation and configuration
• Collaborate with project managers and product specialists to gather requirements and contribute to solution design
• Take part in software testing and document results
• Maintain internal tracking systems and contribute to reporting and analytics

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
• Graduation date between July 2027 and July 2028
• Demonstrated interest in automation, AI and digital transformation
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

Required skills

• Solid grasp of Software as a Service ecosystems and business workflows
• Desired: familiarity with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, file transfer protocols and cloud services
• Desired: basic understanding of AI concepts and interest in responsible AI practices
