Corporate & Commercial Lawyer – Consultant (Flexible)

About the role

Join a well‑established Welsh law firm as a self‑employed Corporate/Commercial Lawyer. You will work on a case‑by‑case basis, selecting assignments that match your expertise while benefiting from the firm’s reputation and support.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, business sales, and acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, and joint venture documents.
• Provide corporate restructuring and general corporate advisory services.
• Manage your own caseload, supported by an experienced legal team when needed.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in corporate and/or commercial law.
• Proven ability to manage matters independently.
• Commercially minded with strong client‑care skills.
• Desire for flexibility without losing the backing of a traditional law firm.
