Corporate & Commercial Property Solicitor – Partner Opportunity

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate & Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading property firm as a partner. The role can be full‑time or part‑time and offers a clear progression path towards leading a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on asset and share sales and purchases.
• Handle commercial property transactions.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements.
• Provide corporate law advice on acquisitions and, where relevant, residential property matters.
• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Contribute to business development and team leadership.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven experience in asset and share transactions.
• Strong understanding of commercial property law.
• Experience with shareholder agreements.
• Knowledge of corporate acquisitions and residential property law.
• Ambition to progress to a partnership role.
