Corporate & Commercial Solicitor – Hybrid, Competitive Salary

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join our growing team in Devon. The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary, bonus scheme and clear progression opportunities while handling a diverse portfolio of corporate and commercial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on business sales, acquisitions, mergers, reorganisations, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including trading terms, supply, distribution, manufacturing, consultancy and licensing contracts.
• Provide advice on intellectual property matters related to commercial transactions.
• Manage a broad caseload of corporate and commercial matters, delivering commercially focused solutions.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Demonstrated technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Open to candidates across a range of post‑qualification experience levels.
