Corporate Finance Solicitor – 3+ Years PQE – Hybrid – £75k+

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Solicitor to join our growing corporate team in Bristol. The successful candidate will take on meaningful responsibility from day one, working directly with clients on complex and varied transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercial legal advice to entrepreneurial businesses, established companies and investors.
• Manage and execute mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures and shareholder arrangements.
• Draft and negotiate agreements, conduct due diligence and advise on general company law matters.
• Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues across the firm to deliver a broad range of corporate work.
• Develop your own practice and raise your profile in the local market.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate finance.
• Strong grounding in M&A, corporate restructures, shareholder arrangements and company law.
• Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team.
