Corporate Insurance Account Handler

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Insurance Account Handler to join a well‑established broker in Reading. The role focuses on building genuine relationships with larger commercial clients, delivering high‑quality service, and supporting the team’s collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Service and retain an established portfolio of corporate insurance clients.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for client queries, renewals, policy amendments and mid‑term adjustments.
• Develop a detailed understanding of each client’s business and insurance requirements.
• Work closely with Client Directors and Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage while maintaining a client‑centred approach.
