About the role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer with post‑qualification experience in Mergers & Acquisitions to join our Lancashire team. The role offers exposure to a strong pipeline of mid‑market and SME transactions and hybrid working across our offices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full deal lifecycle for M&A, restructuring and private‑equity transactions.
- Provide commercially focused advice to owner‑managed businesses, large corporates and PE‑backed clients.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with PQE in M&A and a track record of delivering transactions.
- Experience working with mid‑market, SME and private‑equity clients in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
