Corporate Leisure Travel Consultant – Luxury Travel Specialist

About the role

Our client, an established independent Travel Management Company based in West London, is launching a new Corporate Leisure division. They are seeking an experienced Luxury Travel Consultant to design and deliver bespoke leisure itineraries for senior executives and VIP clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create tailored luxury leisure itineraries, including worldwide flights, five‑star hotels, villas, cruises, ski holidays and exclusive experiences.
• Book and coordinate all travel components – flights, accommodation, rail, transfers and premium activities.
• Provide a high‑touch, concierge‑style service to executive‑level travellers from enquiry through to completion.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Manage bookings with meticulous attention to detail, handling amendments and special requests efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with luxury suppliers to secure premium products and exclusive experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury leisure travel consultancy.
• Consultative approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service to discerning clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex itineraries.
