Head of Customer Supply Chain

About the role

KP Snacks is seeking a Head of Customer Supply Chain to lead strategy and operations for some of the UK’s biggest retailers. This 12‑month fixed‑term position is based at the Slough headquarters with regular travel to Ashby‑de‑la‑Zouch and customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the end‑to‑end Customer Supply Chain vision, aligning with Commercial, Manufacturing, Logistics and Central Supply Chain priorities.
• Lead high‑performing teams in Ashby and Slough, fostering a culture of accountability, development and collaboration.
• Act as senior representative with key customers, managing joint supply chain business plans and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Own customer service performance metrics such as OTIF, forecast accuracy, case fill and customer satisfaction.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation and cost‑to‑serve optimisation through governance forums and supply planning processes.

Required profile

• Strong leadership experience across customer‑facing supply chain functions, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior retail stakeholders and managing complex supply chain challenges.
• Broad business and supply chain exposure with the ability to influence at Director level.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, develop people and deliver high‑performing, engaged teams.
